Weigh-in: Week 3

Mother fuckers, I lost 2.7 lbs. this week! I've lost a total of 10.2 lbs in 3 weeks, which puts me past my short term goal of losing 5% of my starting body weight. FUCK YES. This is what happens when you change the way you eat and start exercising, people. It's as simple as that. I haven't felt "starved" at any point since I've started Weight Watchers and I was only sore from working out for the first 3 days. Do this! I'm happier and healthier everyday.
