The good Lord gave you a body that can stand most anything. It's your mind you have to convince.

I've been doing really well so far. I haven't deviated from the points system and I overestimate whenever I'm not completely sure about something. I was worried about Valentine's Day but my incredible boyfriend did not buy me candy - THANK GOD! So my eating is definitely under control right now. I have not started working out though. I've decided to start after my first weigh in just to see if there's any effect at all when I don't work out and just eat right. It's to satisfy my curiosity and I promise to start working out next week.

I'm not sure how much I should work out to start with. I've noticed that when I've tried to start working out before I burn myself out by trying to work out way too much at first. However I don't want to work out too little.  I also need some variety. Any suggestions?
