Habit is habit and not to be flung out of the window by any man, but coaxed downstairs a step at a time.

Short update. Today Eric and I went to the gym at 5:30 and didn't make it home until 9...

  • 20 mins of walking/jogging - 6 jogging, 5 walking
  • 45 mins on the elliptical (fucker made me go backwards for 2 hills)
  • swimming mostly for fun then hot tub
The swimming afterward was just us screwing around, a much needed break from the regular routine. =) Tomorrow I'm planning on checking out the Intro to Turbo Kickboxing class. Weird thing is that it's only 20 minutes long... not sure what that's going to consist of but hopefully my friend Howie will come with me.
