Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.

*phew* Today kicked my ass. I only did 20 MINUTES of kickboxing at the rec and I was out of breath by the end of it. I used to do that shit for an hour my senior year of high school. Talk about a reality check about your current physical condition. After kickboxing class, I did 35 minutes on the elliptical, which also killed me. lol. Today was not an easy day. It had to come sometime, right? Also, my left ankle kept popping while I was on the elliptical which was weird and terribly annoying, but it didn't hurt at all. Anyone know anything about that nonsense?

I'm so excited for my weigh-in tomorrow. I really hope I lose 2 pounds. I'm so paranoid that I won't lose anything for no good reason. I've been eating right, working out, and it's the beginning of my weight loss so I can't plateau this early. That's me - the chick that gets anxious for no reason.

I've got some intense sleeping to do now. G'night ya'll.
