Weigh-in: Week 2

Well after working hard by eating right and working out so much that I earned 30 activity points, I lost 1.5 pounds. I guess that's in between what I expected and what I wanted so that's okay. I wish I was more excited than I am though. I think that intense 6 pound drop last week spoiled me. That's also probably the cause of my losing less weight this week. *SHAKE IT OFF* Alright, I'm good. It's a slow process and I LOST weight. GTG.

Oh, also I keep forgetting to post my weight. I could care less if anyone knows. I started, two weeks ago, at 181 lbs. and I am now 173.5 lbs. I'd like to be 130 lbs. even though I was 120 lbs. in high school. We'll see. Maybe I'll end up compromising with 125 lbs. My BMI says I shouldn't be below 124 lbs. or above 155 lbs. so as long as I stay on the low end of that, I really don't care.

With such a huge weight loss last week, I'm not surprised that you didn't lose as much as you expected. It's probably in major adjustment mode with the big weight loss and the working out. See what happens next week and don't get discouraged!! Any weight loss is a step in the right direction. I'm super proud of you!
