Weigh-in: Week 1

I have checked and rechecked and rerechecked (that's retarded checked) the weight given to me on my scale. First I thought it must be stuck so I grabbed a heavy box and got back on it - nope worked fine. Then I motioned like I was jumping, making the needle move back and forth, to loosen it up - no difference in weight after that. Lastly, I took my camera, stood up straight, and took a picture of the weight without bending over to look - nope same weight.

I LOST 6 FUCKING POUNDS!


This was my week to NOT work out. I just wanted to satisfy my curiosity of wondering how much I would lose without working out. I cannot wait for the weigh-in next week after I've eaten right AND actually gotten off my ass. =D

THIS IS SO AWESOME!!!!!

I'm so proud of you, babe. I told you Weight Watchers is a great program! I will say, though, that losing that much weight on a consistent basis can be hard on your body. Not to mention it makes it a lot easier to put the weight back on if you lose it too quickly. Try and use all your daily points, if not your weekly point, especially if you start working out. You'll keep losing weight, but at a healthy speed.

That's the thing, I used almost all my points. I had 5 weekly points left and ate all 25 of my daily points 5/7 days. When I was below them I was below by like 2 or 3 points. I even got drunk twice (cranberry and vodka is my new friend. oh and those crystal light powder packs with water and vodka too)! I seriously have no idea how this happened this week. I didn't feel deprived at all. I know these "results aren't typical." From now on, I expect to lose 1 pound a week, but I'd love it if I could lose 2 a week. I'm going to look at these 6 pounds as pounds that put me 6 weeks ahead of my schedule. That way WHEN I have a gain or a maintain week, I can't really feel completely bummed out.

I have to share a small weight prob I had. When I got preggers with my son..when I went into deliver I weighted 190ibs. A year later I weighted 130 and got preggers with daughter. It took me less time to get to 120ib. what i did..ekk nothing really. Right after having a baby I was use to my eatting habbits with being preggers. So after I got that on track..it was easier. Before I was preggers I was use to eatting one meal. So it went back to that. But sometimes i eat breakfast and din din. Im sure i lost my weight very unhealthy. But I wanted you to know that I had gained a lot of weight since hs days..
