The world will tell you who you are, until you tell the world

I couldn't handle having to cook every time I wanted to eat anymore, so today Mical and I went to Subway. I did really well, but after adding 2 veggie sides to my 6 inch turkey sandwich I used more points than I usually do for lunch. That's okay though, since I'm still under for my points used today, I needed a cooking break, and I usually don't even use all 25 of my daily points everyday (without at all starving myself). Now I'm even looking forward to cooking dinner tonight. I think I should force myself to eat out smart twice a week to keep my sanity.

I received a great message from a friend I knew in Midland via facebook today. He really educated me on the benefits and general strategies of weight lifting. I wasn't planning on lifting hardly any weights, just cardio, until now. Anyone else out there have any experience with this?

I'd love to have a work out buddy, but I just can't seem to find one willing to commit to a schedule of some kind. I know everyone is busy I just wish I had someone to sweat with otherwise I start glancing at all the skinny bitches in the gym and think all sorts of self deprecating things that aren't true. It's sad really and I'll grow out of it. A buddy would just make it all easier.
